Inspection
& Analysis

Inspecting critical assets — wind turbines, solar panels, transmission towers and lines, chimneys and flare stacks — with high-resolution RGB and thermal cameras.

Introduction

What is drone inspection?

Drone inspection is the use of an aerial platform to examine assets that are dangerous, expensive or simply impractical to reach by hand. Instead of scaffolding, rope access or shutting a plant down, a pilot flies a drone carrying high-resolution RGB and thermal sensors over the asset and captures detailed imagery from every angle — safely, quickly, and while the asset stays in operation.

Combining visual and thermal data lets teams assess asset health both structurally and in operating, under-load conditions — surfacing hotspots, cracks, corrosion and faults long before they become failures. ArioPix flies these missions with high-endurance drones and DGCA-certified pilots across wind, solar, oil & gas and power-transmission assets.

Drone Images

High-resolution images of inaccessible areas of critical assets, captured by professional pilots flying high-endurance drones. Pairing RGB with thermal imagery lets clients assess asset health in both operational and under-load conditions — identifying defects a visual pass alone would miss.

The same approach supports wind-turbine inspection, transmission-tower inspection, oil & gas inspection and solar-panel inspection, with every defect geo-tagged for follow-up.

Drone Videos & Surveillance

Drone video gives a fast, complete overview of an asset and the surrounding plant area. During a major plant shutdown it becomes a live coordination tool — monitoring the entire activity from above to avoid bottlenecks, improve safety and prevent hazards and accidents.

Footage can be uploaded, edited, tagged with critical information and shared, so teams collaborate around the same visual record rather than scattered reports.

Why aerial inspection

Safer, faster, non-disruptive.

No Downtime

Assets stay in operation while they're inspected — no shutdown, no lost production.

No People at Height

Eliminates rope access and scaffolding for the riskiest inspections.

Thermal Insight

Hotspots and electrical faults appear in thermal data long before visual symptoms.
